The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want, including a washer and dishwasher, a stove with oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. A small dining table rounds out the family-friendly kitchen. The living room features a large built-in dining table. The spacious and cozy couch area is perfect for cozy TV nights or game nights. You’ll find a few games in the apartment. The large TV receives all major channels. An old rocking chair, a family heirloom, offers a unique spot to browse through books in the bay window. The bathroom, which has a window, has been completely redesigned and features a beautiful, walk-in shower. There are also two bedrooms, each with a closet. The master bedroom features a cozy, large double bed. The smaller guest/children’s bedroom has two single beds. The parking space for your car is located on the property directly in front of the front door, which is at the back of the house. Additional parking spaces are always available directly in front of the house on Burgstraße. Children are welcome. A crib and a high chair are available.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor (3 flights of stairs); the parking spot is on the far left of the property.
