The cozy 2.5-room Boltenhagen apartment with a terrace, suitable for up to 3 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old, is located in the stylishly restored Villa Ahlbeck—just a few steps from the promenade and the beach. The modern kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, has everything you could ask for. On rainy days, the dining table with 4 chairs offers plenty of space for breakfast. The absolute highlights of the apartment are the veranda with a couch (which can be converted into a bed for 2 people) and the adjoining terrace facing southeast. On the terrace, you can enjoy your morning coffee when the weather is beautiful or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a double bed, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.

A communal sauna, steam room, and relaxation room provide opportunities for leisure and relaxation. A covered parking space is available at the house, and you’re welcome to store your own bikes in the bike room. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
