The kitchenette has a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, two toasters, and two hot plates; no dishwasher or kettle. Enjoy a private deck with stairs to the shared backyard. IMPORTANT ACCESS: approximately 8 outdoor steps from the sidewalk; no elevator. Outdoor quiet hours apply because neighboring NYC buildings are close together. Automated self-check-in uses unique keypad information sent after verification. Check-in after 3:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM, two-night minimum, quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No parties, smoking, vaping, or pets except trained service animals. No on-site parking, laundry, or daily housekeeping. Exterior and shared-area cameras record video only; no cameras are inside private accommodations. The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
