The kitchen and dining area includes a kitchenette with a modern dining counter. The cozy and quiet bedroom features a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a large closet. The sleeping area is very quiet, with a window facing the courtyard. The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a heated towel rack.
The south-facing balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is a perfect spot to relax. This child-friendly, non-smoking apartment stands out for its unique decor featuring modern furniture.
The ART-City-Studio Kassel is located in an absolutely prime, central location in downtown Kassel, within walking distance of numerous Documenta exhibition venues, such as the Fridericianum. Numerous (paid) parking spaces are available right outside the door and in the immediate vicinity.

the popular market hall, grocery stores, and Aue Park with the
Orangerie. The high-quality
loft-style apartment has been freshly renovated and offers you, among other things,
a large living room with a dining table, featuring numerous works of art by the well-known streetartist Banksy, a
large living room with a dining table, a TV, and a comfortable sleeper sofa, as well as 3
spacious, quiet bedrooms, all of which have direct access to the large
and sunny terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with large box-spring double beds,
wardrobes, and a desk. In addition, this exclusive apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and freezer) and features a spacious, modern bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and urinal, as well as a separate guest restroom with an urinal. The apartment also features a
washing machine and has a large balcony facing the popular Holzmarkt and a
large, sunny terrace facing the Fulda River. We also offer our guests
a free parking space in the building.
