Just a 5-minute walk from the sea and the sandy beach, right on the beach promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, you’ll find this approximately 41-square-meter, 2-room apartment (non-smoking) with a balcony, located near the well-known seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, and Göhren. The apartment building has its own underground parking garage. From the parking space assigned to the vacation apartment, you can easily take the elevator to the second floor. Inside the building, there’s a small café serving bakery items, perfect for breakfast or grabbing some fresh rolls in the morning. You can explore the seaside resorts using the “Rasender Roland,” the iconic train of the island of Rügen. A train stop is located about a 4-minute walk from your vacation apartment. The Bodden landscape is also within walking distance, as are numerous restaurants serving regional cuisine, cafés, and shopping options.



“Strandmöwe” Vacation Apartment with Balcony (South/East):

The well-furnished 2-room (non-smoking) Strandmöwe Apartment No. 08 is located on the 2nd floor and, with an area of approximately 41 square meters, accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a couch, coffee table, reading lamp, and a TV stand with a smart TV, Blu-ray player, and mini stereo system. You won’t have to go without Wi-Fi access during your vacation either—it’s included for you. The adjoining dining area blends seamlessly into the space. The bright bedroom features a double bed with twin mattresses (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m), a nightstand, and a wardrobe. Blackout pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and various kitchen utensils. The bathroom completes the living comfort with a sink, toilet, hair dryer, and shower. The living and sleeping area is complemented by an insect screen. The spacious, furnished balcony (south/east-facing) with a patio umbrella is accessible from the living area. Cleaning supplies and a clothes drying rack are also included. From the underground parking space (No. 08, entry height 1.90 m), you can easily take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Bicycle storage is available in the underground garage in the apartment’s private basement. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. You can book an initial laundry package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small hand towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own items. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
