Our farm is situated in a scenic location, right on the edge of the forest. We primarily focus on raising horses and caring for our guests. But you’ll also find chickens in the orchard, tame cats, the goats Heidi and Rosi, Luzi the Shetland pony, and Askari, the farm dog. The traditional garden, featuring nearly forgotten useful and cultivated plants, invites you to explore and linger. If you’re interested in plants, you’ll find many rare species here in our garden or in the surrounding area. We are particularly committed to preserving the “village flora of Westphalia.” The “SchleinersHof” vacation farm in Havixbeck is located about 2.5 km from the town center. The farm is surrounded by small woods, meadows, and fields and is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The impressive Hülshoff Castle, home to the Droste Museum, is about 5 km away. The surrounding area features numerous bike paths that extend all the way to Münster—about 15 km away—or invite you to take long bike rides through the Baumberge hills. A short bike ride will take you to the starting points of the 100 Castles Route and the R1 European Cycle Route. The “Eeksken” vacation rental is located on the upper floor and features two separate bedrooms, a living room with a modern built-in kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A telephone, TV, and free Wi-Fi are available. The apartment overlooks our apple orchard. “Eeksken” is approximately 45 square meters in size.
