You’ll fall in love with it instantly: At the “Freiraum” apartment, you’ll be on cloud nine during your vacation—whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, with a large family, or with your four-legged friend. This charming vacation rental, designed in a modern country house style, is furnished with high-quality solid wood furniture and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Relaxation and swimming fun on the beautiful, fine-sand beach—just 250 meters from the apartment—evening strolls, deep conversations over a glass of wine on the balcony, or watching the sunset on West Beach are sure to make your heart race.

Non-smoking Apartment 14 in the Concordia building is located on the 1st floor. It has a floor area of approximately 67 m² and can accommodate 2–6 people.

As you enter the apartment, you’ll find a living area—modern, elegant, and cozy all at once—with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, a bookshelf, and a coffee table. A smart TV, books, and games are provided for your entertainment. There is also a coat closet with a shoe rack here. The large, comfortable sleeper sofa offers enough space for two people.

The large, bright kitchen features a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils. The washing machine is also located here. A large dining table with four chairs and a bench offers enough space for a family.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious balcony with a unique view of the sea and the Mönchgut landscape. A table with four chairs and a seating area invite you to relax.

High-quality beds ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (90/90 x 200), two nightstands, and a large closet. The second bedroom features two single beds (80x200), two nightstands, and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
A travel crib and a high chair are available for our younger guests.

The apartment has two bathrooms. The walk-in shower offers great convenience. A toilet, sink, bathroom stool, shelves, hair dryer, and large mirror complete the amenities.

All windows are fitted with pleated blinds and insect screens.

You don’t have to go without internet access even while on vacation. Wi-Fi access is included for you.

Pets are welcome guests here.

A parking space behind the house and a bike rack are included with your apartment rental.

Just 250 meters from the beautiful, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, right in the middle of the nature reserve, lies the Concordia vacation home, which was newly built in 2024. Right next door stands the Lotsenberg hill with an observation tower—the former lighthouse. From up there, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, the coasts of the offshore islands, the Bodden, and the Mönchgut Peninsula.
