Welcome to our new apartment on the 5th floor!<br><br>This beautiful 3-room apartment impresses not only with its location, but also with its high-quality amenities and the breathtaking view of the mountain landscape from the balcony.<br><br>The entire apartment features high-quality vinyl flooring, which not only creates a stylish atmosphere but is also particularly allergy-friendly—since there are no carpets here.<br><br>The kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. An oven, stovetop, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, contact grill, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, microwave, and air fryer are all at your disposal. Even the little guests are taken care of, as children’s tableware and a high chair are provided.<br><br>The living room is perfect for relaxing, and the sofa not only offers a cozy spot for a family movie night but also converts into a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space.<br><br>Tech enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, as the apartment has Wi-Fi, and with Google Chromecast, you can conveniently stream your favorite movies and TV shows via Netflix, Prime, and YouTube.<br><br>We’ve thought of everything for the youngest members of the family. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a travel crib. There’s also a high chair, Legos, various puzzles, board games, and books to ensure the little ones have an unforgettable stay.<br><br>You’re also welcome to enjoy the pool and sauna: The pool is open in the mornings from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for swimmers and in the afternoons from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for all guests.
