Quiet yet perfectly central, located halfway between the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. It’s a one-minute walk to the beach (approx. 100 m) and about a 5-minute walk to the Ostseetherme (approx. 200 m). The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, the Ahlbeck town center is 10 minutes away, and Heringsdorf is a 15-minute walk away. Several cozy restaurants and cafés are located nearby.
The residential complex also features a children’s playroom, coin-operated dryers, and a coin-operated washing machine. A free parking space is available on the property. Bicycle storage is available in a lockable communal bike shed.



1.2.15:

The 66-square-meter, 3-room vacation apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment complex and is equipped to accommodate 5 people (4 adults and 1 child up to 8 years old). The apartment features a living room with a comfortable couch, armchair, and dining table with 4 chairs. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchenette, featuring a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, leaves nothing to be desired. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom, which gets natural light, has a shower/toilet and a hair dryer. A loggia invites you to sit and relax. You can conveniently take the elevator right to the apartment door.
A crib with linens and a high chair can be provided by the property manager upon request for a one-time fee of 50 €.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
