This detached vacation home, situated on a lot of approximately 500 square meters, is located in a quiet yet central area in the Dorf neighborhood.
The town center—with restaurants, shopping, a DB train station, and the dike offering direct access to the south beach—is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The house offers approximately 90 square meters of living space, spread over two floors, and is lovingly furnished.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave, inviting you to enjoy cooking together.
You can enjoy your meals in the dining/living area or on the sheltered patio, which has access to the kitchen.

In the two bedrooms, you can relax and unwind after eventful days.
In addition to the guest restroom on the first floor, there is a bathroom on the upper floor with a tub and shower, as well as an additional restroom.
A washing machine is also available for your use.

Relax on the patio in front of the house with patio furniture or in the beach chair on the lawn behind the house, and let the day come to a leisurely close.
