The comfortable amenities—including an elevator, underground parking, and parking spaces at the building (in the parking system, max. size 1.5x5m)—leave nothing to be desired. Twenty-three beautiful apartments (completed in 1998), each with cozy, individually designed interiors, look forward to your visit. Villa Margot is just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas as well as the forested hinterland with its many inland lakes. There is beach access right in front of the building.

NOTICE REGARDING CONSTRUCTION WORK AT VILLA MARGOT

FROM OCT. 19, OCT. 2026 THROUGH NOV. 3, 2026, THE TERRACES ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF VILLA MARGOT WILL BE RENOVATED. DURING THIS PERIOD, CONSTRUCTION WORK WILL TAKE PLACE DIRECTLY ON AND AROUND THE BUILDING. ON THE RESPECTIVE WORK DAYS, CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND ASSOCIATED DISRUPTIONS ARE THEREFORE TO BE EXPECTED.

This lovingly furnished apartment is located at the end of Bansiner Bergstraße. The apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and an 8-square-meter balcony facing the sea.

Enjoy the immediate proximity to the beach and the sound of the sea. This apartment has a designated parking space in the underground garage’s parking system (for cars up to a maximum height of 1.70 m and a maximum length of 5.00 m).
