Our house is located in Warnemünde / Diedrichshagen, near the Baltic Sea and coastal forest, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. <br>Private, free parking space at the house. <br><br>Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.<br><br>Enjoy your vacation in our quietly located vacation apartment, Haus Bütt. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Warnemünde beach promenade is about 3.9 km from the apartment, and the marina is 7 km away.<br>The vacation rental, located on the first floor, features a living room with a wood-burning stove (firewood not provided) and a sleeper sofa, a spacious open-concept kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV, and a bathroom with a shower, tub, and hair dryer. There is a terrace off the living room. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 3 people. <br><br>Amenities: TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, and microwave with grill. <br><br>We ask that you please do not smoke inside the apartment. <br>You can park your car for free right next to the house. <br><br>The initial supply for the house includes one laundry package per person,<br>(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).<br><br>Special features: Horse farm in the immediate vicinity; well-developed biking and hiking trails.
