The exclusively furnished ground-floor apartment measures approximately 25 m² (including the terrace) and consists of a combined living room/bedroom (fold-down bed), a fully equipped kitchenette (with a ceramic cooktop and refrigerator), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a terrace. Tiled floors and underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom. The south-facing paved terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a parasol. A grill can be provided. The terrace area is accessible from the living area. Initial supplies of bed linens and 1 dish towel are included. Guests may either bring their own towels or rent them on-site for a fee (please pre-order with the key manager, Mr. Käding). Free DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi is available to guests (service not guaranteed in the event of a router failure). Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment.



These exclusive vacation apartments are located in a vacation home in the small seaside resort of Zempin, just about 1,000 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own free parking space on the property.
Make yourself at home. Enjoy the atmosphere in one of the vacation apartments. Your comfort is ensured even on cold winter days.
Bed linens are already included in the total price. Towels can be rented for a fee or you can bring your own.

A lockable carport for bicycles and a coin-operated washing machine and dryer for general use are available.
A crib is provided in every apartment; a high chair is available free of charge upon request.

Thanks to the private driveway, you’ll enjoy a quiet location at the end of the driveway while still being centrally located. - Pets are not allowed.
