Nestled into a hillside, the home offers ground-level entry to the upper floor, which is exclusively available for rent—ensuring complete privacy during your stay. The upper level features two comfortable bedrooms and accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom includes a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a pull-out guest bed (expandable to 160 cm).

The spacious and tastefully furnished living area is connected to an open dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate WC are also available for your convenience.

Step out onto the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the stunning alpine views from the outdoor seating area.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the property offers a tranquil environment, perfect for rest and relaxation. A scenic walking path through the nearby forest leads directly to the popular Traunreiterweg, ideal for leisurely strolls or nature walks.
