Relaxed holiday with the family in a wooden house in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve.

The cosy holiday home is located in the car-free complex "Ferienpark Lauterdörfle" in Hayingen and is the ideal place for your relaxed family holiday.

In the living room with fireplace you can spend relaxing hours on the couch. The dining area offers space to plan the day's activities over a delicious breakfast or to chat over a cold drink in the evening and pass the time with a nice game night.

All three bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed.

The bathroom with bathtub is directly adjacent to and can be accessed via Double Room 1.

The other bathroom with shower can be reached via the corridor.

Outside, your children can play on the spacious grounds, while you relax in the sun on the covered terrace with garden furniture, two loungers and end the day with a cold drink. The special thing about this house is that the terrace can be closed with sliding glass doors and thus invites you to linger in winter.

There are two parking spaces per booking available on the edge of the complex. Luggage can be transported from the parking lot to the house with a handcart.

In the holiday park, it is guaranteed not to be boring with two large playgrounds, mini golf, open-air chess, football field, playhouse with table football & table tennis tables and tennis court. On the three communal barbecue areas you can prepare delicious meals for a convivial barbecue evening.

The Swabian Alb region is ideal for hiking and cycling in nature as well as for boating on the Lauter or Danube.

Visit the Friedrichshöhle/Wimsener Höhle, the Biosphere Reserve in Münsingen, the Höhlenwelten in Sonnenbühl or the Laufenmühle/ Wolfstal in Lauterach.

For an excursion, the Marbach Main and State Stud in Gomadingen is recommended for a visit or with changing events. Also of interest are the Traumland Sonnenbühl, Lichtenstein Castle with its climbing park or Hohenzollern Castle.

You might also want to pay a visit to Ravensburger Spieleland or Legoland Günzburg.

For a fee, the following communal offers are available: Washing machine € 4,- / Dryer € 4,-.

Firewood can be purchased on site for a fee. The sauna will be back in operation from November 2026.
