Welcome to our cozy one-room vacation apartment on the North Sea!
This cozy, one-room, non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor of the “Grimmershörn” building right on Grünstrand—a direct path leads you from the complex’s courtyard straight to Grünstrand on Grimmershörn Bay
An elevator is available, allowing you to easily reach the apartment. The apartment is approximately 33 square meters in size.
Here you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea air.
The apartment features a comfortable double bed (140x200), a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
A beach chair is available free of charge at Grünstrand.
Explore the surrounding area by bike or on foot. Restaurants and shopping options are in the immediate vicinity.
Unfortunately, there is no parking space available for this apartment. However, Strichweg offers free parking.

Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for handling and processing your reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tabs
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
