The vacation apartment in our house is adjacent to our bed-and-breakfast and is accessible through a separate entrance. The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms with a total of three double beds. One double bed measures just 1.4 x 2 meters; the other two beds measure 1.8 x 2 meters. There is also a cozy combined living/dining room with a spacious sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as a separate toilet in the hallway. Welcome to the Forellenhof Wald- und Wiesenquartier. Our haven for all nature lovers. The house, located in the heart of the Rothaar Mountains, has a long tradition as a hotel and restaurant and is now run by us sisters as a bed-and-breakfast with a self-service café, based on a simple yet charming concept. Our “Wald- und Wiesenquartier” features nine bright and cheerfully furnished rooms. The inn therefore also has capacity for larger groups. There are plenty of free parking spaces right in front of the inn. In the self-service Wiesencafé, we offer a variety of specialty coffees, cold drinks, and homemade cakes. We’re located in a quiet side valley of Wingeshausen with views of the surrounding meadows and forests. Right on the award-winning Wisentpfad trail and near the Rothaarsteig, many hiking trails invite you to enjoy beautiful hikes. The premium hiking destination Bad Berleburg is just 13 km away. And the neighboring Sauerland region, with the beautiful towns of Winterberg and Schmallenberg, also has several attractions to offer. Payment is made on-site in cash or by debit/credit card. A 50% advance payment is charged exclusively for the vacation rental upon booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out should be completed by 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. If you plan to arrive or depart outside of the regular times, please contact us well in advance. Pets are allowed only upon request. A crib, high chair, or other baby equipment can also be provided free of charge upon request. You must bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be booked in advance for an additional fee. We are also happy to offer a bread roll delivery service or the breakfast buffet at the bed-and-breakfast for an additional fee. A security deposit of 100 EUR must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure.
