Enjoy the spaciousness of this chalet in one of Hann. Münden’s most beautiful locations. Quiet, sun-drenched, close to the city center, yet surrounded by nature. Here, you can truly unwind! Through the large panoramic windows in the living area and from the spacious balcony, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of Hann. Münden’s old town, the Tillyschanze, the Reinhardswald, and the Weser Valley. In the summer, relax in comfortable lounge furniture or watch spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine in the evening. The terraced natural garden is a place of tranquility in every season, but especially when the magnolias, forsythias, and rhododendrons are in bloom. The light-filled chalet spans two floors, connected by a narrow spiral staircase. The large bedrooms offer views of the garden and direct access to it.

The chalet features one living room with an open wooden gable and an open passageway to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender); 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200); 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), all beds with high-quality mattresses; 1 bathroom with shower/toilet; 1 room with a closet and washing machine. Storage space.
The vacation home is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi internet access. The chalet is a smoke-free property.

A lockable garden shed for bicycles is accessible via outdoor stairs with a ramp. A parking space is available for loading and unloading. Cars can then be parked in the nearby free public parking area. The train station and the historic district of Hann. Münden are within walking distance of the chalet and offer ideal hourly connections via regional trains to the university cities of Kassel and Göttingen, both of which have ICE stations.
