The grill is located in the basement/laundry room. The washing machine and dryer are also located there. They are exclusive to the apartment and included in the rent.

Shopping is possible at the nearby Volg (750m) or in the bakeries and many local shops on the Stradun. The ski bus stop can be reached on foot in 2 walking minutes. The use of the ski bus is free in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 850m away, as is the Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna landscape.
