The nearby bird sanctuary and the nature reserve around Hemmelsdorf Lake are perfect for long walks, where you can wonderfully explore the local flora and fauna.<br><br>Accommodations <br><br>Here we offer you a newly built vacation home spanning 82 m² with two separate bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests. A floor-to-ceiling window wall in the living room ensures a bright and welcoming atmosphere all day long. The spacious seating area invites you to socialize or relax comfortably. The stylish dining area offers plenty of space and is cleverly integrated into the room; the large dining table is a great place to gather at any time of day. The kitchen, with its chic cooking island, forms the heart of this modern vacation apartment. The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (each 1.80 wide), flat-screen TVs, dressers, and wardrobes. The large bathroom features a spacious Raindance shower, a towel rack, and a built-in radio. You can enjoy sunny hours on the terrace and in the garden; the entire house faces south. <br><br>Internet & Entertainment <br><br>Both the living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, as well as a radio in the bathroom, are also part of the vacation home’s entertainment package.<br><br>Design & Style <br><br>The stylish furnishings feature simple shapes; the design is clean and straightforward, and the color scheme is cool and understated.
