The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 sleeper sofa as an additional sleeping option, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, and an utility room. It was completely renovated and refurnished in the fall of 2017. All kitchen appliances, as well as a washer and dryer, are provided. The bedrooms are furnished and decorated with themes of horses, bicycles, and linen (traditional Warendorf themes). The bathrooms are brand-new and equipped with walk-in showers. Guests will want for nothing. 3 floors (first floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor)
The vacation rental is centrally located in the heart of Warendorf. Right outside the door lies the picturesque old town with its numerous alleys and cozy market square. When the weather is nice, the town’s beer gardens draw visitors and locals alike outdoors. Numerous shopping options and Warendorf’s wide range of dining options are within easy walking distance. The nearby Emssee lake is a beautiful oasis of tranquility. The Landgestüt NRW, a must-see attraction, is only about 800 m away. This is also where the famous stallion parades take place.
Cyclists are spoiled for choice. The Ems Cycle Path, the R1 European Cycle Route, the 100 Castles Route, and the Historic Town Centers Route are popular themed routes that run right through the heart of Warendorf. In addition, there are numerous other bike paths, allowing for a new loop tour every day. If you’d rather not ride a bike, the train station provides access to the charming downtown areas of Telgte and Münster.

Minimum stay: 3 nights; for stays shorter than 3 nights, a one-time short-stay surcharge of 20.00 EUR applies.
For stays of 7 nights, there is a discount of 10.00 EUR per night.
The price includes bed linens, towels, and final cleaning (for normal soiling).
In case of heavy soiling, a fee of 80.00 EUR will be charged for final cleaning.
