The group vacation home!

is located in the hiking and winter sports region between Frauenau,
Grafenau, and the Bavarian Forest National Park, in a unique, secluded location nestled within a fenced-in property spanning 8,000 square meters,
ideal for corporate meetings, birthday parties, groups of friends, club outings, and family gatherings!
For indoor activities, you’ll find two foosball tables, darts, a ping-pong table, and a pool table; for our younger guests, there’s also a lovely children’s playroom—so there’s never a dull moment.
As a special service, the nearby supermarket offers “free delivery” of groceries, beverages, meat and barbecue items, as well as breakfast rolls.

First floor:

The entrance leads into the living area, which includes a kitchen, dining room, and a living room serving as a common area with an open fireplace and 6 large tables seating 40 people. Opposite this is a triple bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), with a bathroom and a separate restroom in the hallway.
The kitchen features a 6-burner stove, a commercial dishwasher with a 22-minute cycle time, a commercial bread and cold-cut slicer, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a microwave, a kettle, and plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans in all sizes.
On the first floor in the left wing are the children’s playroom with a shower and restroom, as well as the table tennis room.

1st floor

The first floor features a total of 5 bedrooms, consisting of one double bedroom, three four-bed rooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 adult bunk bed), and one bedroom with ten beds (1 double bed, 8 single beds). The first floor features 2 large bathrooms with double sinks, a shower, a bidet, and a toilet.

2nd Floor
On the second floor, you’ll find two double rooms,
one four-bed room (with 1 double bed and 2 single beds),
and one bedroom with five beds (2 double beds, 1 single bed). This floor features 2 bathrooms: a large one with a double sink, toilet, and shower, and a small one with a sink and toilet.

The property offers open views, peace and quiet, and pure nature—sunlight from all sides!
In the large garden area, you’ll find a covered terrace with a barbecue pavilion, a hot tub, a large swimming pool, a sauna cabin, a playground, and swing sets around the campfire pit. The upper meadow even offers the chance to play soccer—or volleyball.
Your stay at this country estate will be a truly special experience thanks to its unique, spacious, yet centrally located setting.
The surrounding towns offer a wide range of sports and recreational activities; the nearest ski lifts in this snow-rich winter sports area are 1, 2, 4, and 8 km away.
The St. Oswald–Riedlhütte cross-country skiing center features perfectly groomed trails and connects the surrounding national park towns of Waldhäuser, Guglöd, Neuhütte, Riedlhütte, St. Oswald, and Neuschönau.
The golf course is a 500-meter walk away.
On the outskirts of St. Oswald, there is an idyllically situated natural swimming pond.
