These vacation apartments, furnished with great care, are located not far from the center of Zinnowitz. They are ideal for beach vacations as well as for exploring the island of Usedom. The apartments measure approximately 83 m². Both the first floor and the top floor feature a bedroom and a bathroom, allowing 4 adults and, if needed, a toddler up to 3 years old to enjoy a relaxing vacation in this Baltic Sea resort.

On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and access to the south-facing balcony. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, etc. On the balcony, you can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea weather at any time of day.
This floor also features one of the two bedrooms, which has a large double bed (with two single mattresses), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find a second bedroom with a double bed (with a single continuous mattress, measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m), as well as a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. 
A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge for your little ones.
Wi-Fi access is available. 
A parking space is located in front of the house. There is also a lockable bike shed.
Please note that a security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as a security measure, and will, of course, be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition. 




The Ostseedüne 4 vacation rental impresses with its bright, colorful decor and accommodates 4 people and a baby. It spans the upper floor and the attic. The cozy bedroom features a 2-meter-wide double bed, a wardrobe, and a sideboard. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, and thanks to the towel warmer and heated floors, towels are always dry.

The spacious living and dining room has an open kitchenette, a dining table for four adults, and a large couch for relaxing. A flat-screen TV and a mini stereo system are also provided. The furnished balcony is the perfect spot for breakfast or a glass of wine.

In the attic, there is a second bedroom with a 1.60-meter-wide double bed, as well as another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. A travel crib and high chair are available for young guests. All windows can be darkened with pleated blinds, and Wi-Fi is available. A parking space and a lockable bike shed are also provided.

Furnished with great attention to detail, the apartments offer you a high level of comfort and amenities that leave nothing to be desired. The apartments are located next to each other and are both the same size and have the same layout. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a sunny balcony. A staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find another bedroom and a bathroom.
If you’re looking to explore the island and want to do something other than go to the beach, we recommend renting a bike. There are several bike rental shops. You’re also welcome to bring your own bike. A lockable bike storage room is available for storing your bikes.

A free parking space is located directly in front of the house. You can use Wi-Fi to check your emails and browse the Internet.
Please note that these are non-smoking apartments. Pets are also not permitted. A security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as a guarantee, and will, of course, be refunded to you after you have returned the accommodation in good condition.
