The property is located in the second row along the promenade at the western edge of Duhnen, heading toward Sahlenburg. The apartment is on the mezzanine level.
The apartment features a large living room with a southwest-facing terrace, a bedroom with a double bed (two 90 x 200 cm mattresses), a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and all necessary kitchen appliances, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The toilet is located outside the bathroom and is accessible from the hallway. The living area is approximately 75 m².
Please bring your own bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels. In case of emergency, we can provide a bedding package (two duvet covers, two pillowcases, and two fitted sheets) for a fee of 40.00€. You can also rent a towel package (two bath towels, two hand towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel) for a fee of €12.00.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
A parking space and bicycle storage are available on the property. Wi-Fi access is available.

Keys will be handed over at 3:00 p.m. at the vacation home. If you are running late, please notify your host on site.
The visitor’s tax of €3.80 per day is payable upon arrival.
