Beautiful Old Town Apartment Near Fischhofpark This beautiful Old Town apartment, just a few minutes’ walk from the picturesque Fischhofpark, awaits you in a renovated historic building dating back to 1860. Spanning a generous 65 square meters on the first floor, the apartment features two spacious, light-filled rooms that can accommodate up to three people (2 adults and 1 child). The cozy living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa bed and satellite TV, while the fully equipped kitchen—featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, and capsule coffee machine—leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, a large mirror, a sink, and a towel warmer—all designed to help you relax and refresh. The quiet bedroom, with a comfortable upholstered bed and a magnificent view of the garden, invites you to dream and unwind. Especially in the summer, you can spend relaxing evenings in our garden. Stylish patio furniture is available for your use. Cars can be parked in the public parking lots right nearby. There is also a public charging station for electric cars at the district office. A separate room in the house is available for your bicycles or strollers. The essential shops for your daily needs are within easy walking distance, including a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and large supermarkets such as Aldi, Netto, and Norma, which are only 1 km away. On the beautiful market square, you’ll find numerous good restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops, all of which are also within easy walking distance. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due upon confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid in advance by bank transfer (15 days before arrival). Credit card payments are not accepted. A security deposit of 150 EUR must be paid via bank transfer prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after the vacation rental has been properly returned. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Check-in is via our key safe; you will receive the code in a separate email. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, and Wi-Fi. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
