Located right next to the beach, this apartment literally invites you to spend your vacation days outdoors. You can start long walks on the beach promenade that runs right past the front door. The Baltic Sea is just a stone’s throw away. But there’s also a wide variety of restaurants, a supermarket, and a playground in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
The dog-friendly beach is also just around the corner, much to the delight of our four-legged guests.
Ideal in every way

Cooking and chatting together, relaxing comfortably on the spacious couch, or sharing meals at the dining table or on the balcony —all of this is made possible by the vacation rental’s light-filled living room. Large windows and attractive, modern furnishings complete the space.

The dining table comfortably seats up to four people. The kitchenette is modern and particularly spacious thanks to its L-shape. In addition to a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic stove with oven, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Nothing stands in the way of cooking together here.

The bedroom, with its light-colored furniture, is just as inviting as the living area. In addition to the large 180x200 double bed, there is also a closet with plenty of storage space.

The bathroom continues the apartment’s modern design. The walk-in shower is spacious and enclosed by a glass door. The vanity with a large mirror offers plenty of counter space and storage options. A makeup mirror is provided, as is a towel warmer.

The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. A dedicated parking space for you, as well as a storage area for 2 bicycles in the building next door, are available for your use.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available in this accommodation.

From the large balcony, you can enjoy a direct view of the Baltic Sea. It is accessible directly from the living room and boasts an east-facing orientation. Furnished with a table and chairs, the balcony can serve as a second living room, especially during the warmer months.

This beautiful vacation complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the vacation rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable vacation here.
