Meeresblick – “Strandkieker”

The “Meeresblick” vacation resort was completed in May 2020. Starting in 2023, a beach chair will be provided to you free of charge.

“Strandkieker” is a modern, high-end, and very bright studio apartment on the 3rd floor with a large, east-facing balcony—ideal for breakfast with a direct view of the sea. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and is just a few meters (a 1-minute walk) from the beach. Restaurants are also within walking distance. The apartment is also equipped with the latest technology: free high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV on two smart TVs with Ambilight, and a DAB radio are at your disposal.
A parking space for one car and a bike rack for two bikes are available free of charge.

The apartment is just a few meters from the Baltic Sea, so you can't only enjoy the ocean view from the balcony but also reach the beach immediately. A beach chair right on the beach in front of the house can be booked as an additional service for €40 per week—just let us know (free of charge starting in 2023). In addition, the beach promenade runs right past the house—an ideal starting point for a vacation in Hohwacht.

In addition to its proximity to the sea, shops for daily necessities, numerous restaurants, and the dog-friendly beach are all within easy walking distance. A well-behaved four-legged friend (max 20 kg) is warmly welcome at the “Strandkieker”!

The Hohwachter Bucht Golf and Country Club is just a five-minute drive away.

The bright living space, featuring large windows and access to the beautiful balcony, is divided into a living area and a dining nook with an adjoining kitchenette. The kitchen is modern, open-concept, and fully equipped: In addition to a dishwasher, you’ll find an induction cooktop with a built-in range hood, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer space, and numerous other kitchen utensils. A toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle are, of course, also provided. Thanks to its L-shape, the kitchenette offers plenty of counter space and a beautiful view of the water from the stove. The round dining table has room for all guests staying here. The living area is modernly furnished with a comfortable box-spring sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable, inviting you to relax and unwind.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed and blackout skylights, making it ideal for a restful night’s sleep. A wardrobe and a full-length mirror complete the room’s furnishings. There is also another TV in the bedroom.

The bathroom with a shower features light-colored tiles and modern fixtures. The shower is walk-in and can be closed off with a glass door. The vanity, complete with a large mirror, is illuminated by a ceiling spotlight—just like the rest of the room—and offers ample storage space. A hair dryer and a towel warmer are also provided, ensuring the bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a washing machine available in the “Strandkieker.”
The living room of the accommodations are surrounded by a balcony. Here, you can enjoy the view all day long—a table and chairs are provided on the balcony and are welcome to be used. The living room can be darkened using a sunshade and privacy screen.

Only one dog, weighing a maximum of 20 kg, is permitted.

This beautiful vacation complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the vacation rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable vacation here.
