The Talblick vacation rental is bright, modernly furnished, and fully equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m). The apartment offers plenty of space for 2 people.

You’ll find everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the apartment. Bedding and towels are included in the price. You’ll find a basic supply of all the items you wouldn’t want to lug around unnecessarily: toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, flour, sugar, spices, vinegar, oil, dish towels, trash bags, and a SodaStream so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Of course, a dishwasher and a washing machine are available for your use, as well as a drying rack, an iron, a hair dryer, a large TV, a radio/CD player, and a DVD player. This way, you can simply arrive and feel right at home. The apartment has internet access and a Waipu Stick with over 300 TV channels.


There are plenty of free parking spaces available in front of the house. If you’re arriving by bike, you’re welcome to store them in our garage. The apartment is located on a hillside, and there are a few steps leading up to the house; therefore, the vacation rental is not suitable for people with mobility issues. However, we also have many older guests who have no trouble managing the stairs. We’d be happy to help you with your luggage if you’d like.

The apartment is situated in a quiet location above the golf course, not far from the quaint Café Winuwuk. It’s a 15-minute walk to town, or a 5-minute drive at most. Its location on the edge of the forest allows hikers to set out directly from the house. City bus 873 runs from the train station and into town; you can ride it for free with your visitor’s card. It’s also not far to the numerous tourist attractions in Bad Harzburg. A 15-minute walk will take you, for example, to the Burgberg aerial cableway, the treetop trail, the mini-golf course, the high ropes course, the Fairy Tale Forest, the Sole Therme, the Lynx Information Center, and many cafés, restaurants, and shops along Bummelallee.

The building features an indoor pool heated to approximately 26 degrees, which is available to guests from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The small in-house sauna can be used from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The sauna operates on a coin-operated system and currently costs 2 euros for approximately 2.5 hours. Smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors, but it is, of course, allowed on the balcony.

There are a few steps leading up to the building, so unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility; however, we have many older guests who have no trouble managing the stairs. We’d be happy to help you with your luggage if you’d like.

We aim for a minimum rental period of 4 nights. If there are openings in our booking calendar, please feel free to contact us about shorter stays as well.

The city of Bad Harzburg charges a visitor’s tax, which is paid in cash on site. The visitor’s tax is €3.00 per adult per day. Children under 18 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. With the visitor’s card, you can use public transportation in the city for free and receive discounts on many cultural attractions in town.
