The open-concept living area, featuring a large window wall and access to the balcony, is bright and inviting. It includes a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and freezer, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a large smart TV. The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment can be darkened with roller shades.

Special highlights include the wind-protected balcony, where you can sit back and relax, as well as the storage room, where you can safely store and charge your bikes. You also have access to two free SUP boards.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is an elevator to the apartment. There are no steps inside the apartment.
There is a private, lockable bike shed that includes a charging station for e-bikes.
