Lower Level (Game Room & Launchpad)
The lower level is built for fun and practical gear management. It functions as a full entertainment room featuring a full-sized pool table, comfortable sectional seating, and a TV setup for movie nights or watching the game.
This level has 2 additional lounge areas, a full bathroom, a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, and a built-in mudroom area outfitted with hooks, storage shelves, and floor space to keep ski gear, boots, and outdoor kits organized.
