From the living/dining room, you can step out onto the stunningly beautiful balcony facing the mudflats.
Here you can enjoy the view of the Wadden Sea with its colorful birdlife and the sunrise.
The modern built-in kitchen features a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with oven function, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, so you can prepare meals quickly and easily even while on vacation.
A spacious dining table offers plenty of room for meals or game nights.

The bathroom, which has a window, features a shower and toilet. There is an additional toilet located separately in a guest restroom.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and, thanks to its large window and another balcony, offers a beautiful view of the dune landscape.

Behind the house, there is also a shared terrace with seating.

Dogs are welcome in this apartment. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

In the basement of the building, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.

There is a municipal yard nearby, which may result in occasional activity.
