The bright vacation rental No. 15 accommodates up to 3 people (bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sleeper sofa).

The apartment is approximately 35 m² and is laid out as follows:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a dresser, and a Velux window with full blackout capability, accessible via the living room
1 large living and dining room with a sleeper sofa, a semi-open kitchen, and access to the balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with the following:
A refrigerator, stove with 2 hotplates and a microwave oven, drip coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, teapot/tea strainer, toaster, hand mixer, set of pots, pans, and bowls, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

The accommodation features free Wi-Fi, a TV (satellite reception), and a selection of games.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. There is also a room in the basement for storing bicycles.

Behind the house, you’ll find a small dock with access to the canal—perfect for your own canoe, for example. A bike and canoe rental service is located right in the building

The light-filled vacation apartment No. 15 is a non-smoking unit located on the 2nd floor, offering a beautiful view of the Siel and the surrounding area from the balcony.

In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, you’ll find numerous restaurants as well as a grocery store with an attached bakery.

The beach is within walking distance along a beautiful path, about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The beach features a children’s playground and a heated seawater swimming pool. Here, you can enjoy the view of Baltrum and Langeoog at sunset.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

A fee of €45.00 is charged for final cleaning.

Bed linens and towels can be rented on-site from the property manager. The prices are as follows:
