Residenz Waldkrone apartment 213: 2-room vacation apartment close to the beach with sea view

This cozy, bright 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) on the 2nd floor, located near the beach, is highly functional and fully furnished. The living room and bedroom have carpeted floors, while the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 2 chairs, and a desk with a chair. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 6 m² balcony (facing east and south) with balcony furniture —here you can sit back and relax with a fantastic view of the vast ocean and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the living area features a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system (radio and CD player); there is an additional TV in the bedroom. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchenette includes a built-in kitchen unit with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, and a luggage rack, and features an additional modern flat-screen TV.

The inviting, Mediterranean-style bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

To protect your valuables, you can use the built-in safe located in the apartment.

If needed, a laundromat near the apartment complex (about a 5-minute walk) is available for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free directly behind the apartment complex in the large parking lot of the “Hotel Residenz Waldkrone.” If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

You can easily reach all floors of the apartment complex by elevator.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
