Anlage Dröse WE 7: wheelchair-accessible (!), spacious 3-room apartment close to the beach

This wheelchair-accessible and spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 90 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the two bedrooms is laminate wood; all other rooms in the apartment are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 5 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a large coat rack, mirror, and sideboard, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The inviting and modern living room features a seating area with a comfortable couch, two armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a wall unit with various cabinets and shelves and a display cabinet. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² sunny and partially covered terrace (facing south) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate kitchen and dining area features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and spacious first bedroom is furnished with two comfortable, electrically adjustable nursing beds, nightstands, a spacious closet, an open sideboard/shelf, and two chairs. In addition, there is another TV available in this room.

The separate second bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), a single bed (90x200), nightstands, a spacious closet, and two chairs.

The wheelchair-accessible and very spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a wheelchair-accessible, walk-in shower with a folding shower seat, a toilet, a sink, a bathroom cabinet, a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack with a mirror and sideboard in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly in front of the building; your bicycles can be stored dry and secure in a separate bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
