This modern, high-quality, senior-friendly 3-room apartment (approx. 55 m²) on the 1st floor offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in all living areas is modern vinyl design flooring; the bathroom and toilet are tiled. All rooms have radiant floor heating.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the building.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and tastefully furnished living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, as well as various shelves and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 8 m² balcony (facing south) with comfortable balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio, a Blu-ray player, a DVD player, and a small selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen area features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a senior-friendly, floor-level entry and a clear glass shower partition, a sink and toilet, a towel radiator, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) and the shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in fixed bike racks next to the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
