This apartment offers a special highlight: it consists of Part 1, an absolutely quiet and cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 72 m²) on the 1st floor of the main building, and is fully furnished. The floors in the living areas are solid wood planks; the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

If you need more space, Part 2—the “Tower Suite”— (2 additional rooms totaling approx. 32 m²) can be booked as an option. The Tower Suite features a spacious, separate dining room on the first floor; an internal staircase leads to the additional second bedroom on the second floor. The floors in the Tower Suite are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2–4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, wall mirror, and dresser, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The cozy living room features a seating area with 4 comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a sideboard, and a dresser. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the entire estate, including the pond and the magnificent park.

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate, open-concept kitchen includes a separate dining area and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

If you opt to book the Tower Suite, the vacation rental features a separate and spacious dining room, which is furnished with a dining table, 4 armchairs, a cabinet, and a sideboard.

The bright and spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (box spring), a wardrobe, and a dresser.

The light-filled additional 2nd bedroom (on the 2nd floor of the tower suite) also features a comfortable double bed (box spring), nightstands with lamps, a spacious wardrobe, and a small desk with a chair. Through the large panoramic windows in this room, you can enjoy a stunning, sweeping view of the estate’s gardens and park as well as the surrounding area!

The modern bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower with a clear glass shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror, and offers ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a dresser and mirror) in the apartment’s spacious hallway.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

In the stairwell (in front of the apartment door), there is a lovely and cozy reading nook with a comfortable couch and a small library, which is available for all guests to use.

In addition, all guests can use the large park as well as the adjoining garden house with its covered terrace, which features comfortable outdoor furniture and a modern gas grill. Here you can sit back and relax while enjoying a fantastic view of the estate’s beautiful park!

You can park your car for free in one of the ample parking spaces on the estate grounds,

You can park your bicycles in the bike racks or in a garage on the estate grounds. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from OstseeBike, our partner bicycle rental service. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered to the estate free of charge.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor areas or the covered patio in front of the cozy garden house. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive stays) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
