Res. Wischuer WE 35: modern and friendly 2-room apartment

This modern and cozy two-room apartment (approx. 34 m²) on the 2nd floor/attic level is highly functional and fully furnished. The apartment is designed in a rustic country house style, featuring partially exposed roof beams. The flooring in the living room and bedrooms is high-quality vinyl design flooring; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The inviting and very tastefully furnished living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, coffee table, ottoman, and a spacious dresser. The dining area is furnished with a large table, a bench, and two comfortable wicker armchairs.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a small selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen area includes a built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, two chairs, and a spacious walk-in closet. Additional blackout curtains on the windows ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The spacious bathroom features a bathtub with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.

From September 1 through May 31, a small wellness area in the apartment complex’s basement is available to you free of charge, featuring a sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a rain shower, and a relaxation room. These are perfect for relaxing and warming up after a brisk walk on the beach.

Shared washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the apartment complex and can be used free of charge by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (some of which are carports) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in the bike racks in front of the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a local bike rental shop if you’re interested. Upon request, the bikes can also be delivered and picked up for you.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive stays) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
