Strandstr. 32 WE 24: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This very beautiful, modern, and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) on the 2nd floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and bedroom is vinyl laminate, while the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled. All the furniture in the living room, dining room, and bedroom is made of high-quality solid wood!

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) upon request (for a small fee).

The modern and very cozy living/dining room features a separate genuine leather seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny balcony (facing southwest) with patio furniture—here you can relax and enjoy the sun to the fullest after a day at the beach!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with radio and CD player, a DVD player, and a selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen, which adjoins the living/dining area, features a fully equipped and modern built-in kitchen unit with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (two separate mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, and a spacious wardrobe. A modern flat-screen TV is also available here.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The modern bathroom features a shower, a large sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, and ample storage space.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment complex and can be used by all guests.

You can park your car for free in an underground parking space assigned to your apartment (duplex parking system / upstairs)—please note the maximum permitted vehicle height of 1.60 m! The garage is directly connected to your apartment via the stairwell and is therefore quick and easy to reach.

Your bicycles can also be stored in a separate, lockable bike room next to the residential complex’s underground garage. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
