Comfortable and uncomplicated family vacation in Tyrol

In the heart of Telfs/Tyrol, a charming corner townhouse awaits its guests. Currently, it accommodates up to 5 people with three separate bedrooms on the first floor. The ground floor is fully equipped for cooking, dining, relaxing, and playing. Enjoy the terrace and garden or watch the neighbor’s chickens—there’s always something happening. The house is quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Telfs offers an all-weather indoor and outdoor pool (a 10-minute walk away), equestrian centers (Icelandic horse farm just a 5-minute walk), an exciting climbing hall, a year-round ice rink, proximity to skiing and cross-country destinations (Seefeld, Leutasch, each 15 minutes by car or bus), excellent shopping options (Inntalcenter, Telfspark, discounters Lidl and Hofer, Turkish supermarkets), Tyrolean and international cuisine (Chinese, pizzeria, kebab stands...), and is close to the Mieminger Plateau, a golf and hiking paradise. Whether you prefer the tranquil nature, the Aqua Dome, via ferrata, action at Area 47, racing down the mountain in a cart, relaxing by the Mieming bathing lake, or a forest walk—you’ll never be bored. The large public playground next to the pony farm will delight little ones.

With our included Welcome Card, you can travel for free on public transport (to Innsbruck). From the third night, a mountain railway ride is also included. Numerous guided activities are offered free of charge. Welcome!

Are you looking to work remotely and spend time with your family in Tyrol? Our house offers unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, several work desks, and upon request, we can also provide an external monitor and printer. Long-term rentals from 1 to 6 months are available, with significantly reduced rental rates for extended periods upon request.

Dogs are warmly welcome. The garden is securely fenced, even for very small dogs, and a walking loop just 5 minutes away runs through a dog off-leash area. All neighbors in the townhouse complex (all of them!) have dogs and cats, making it a very pet-friendly area.

Do you like our holiday home but need space for up to 10 people? Please inquire with us; the attic has two more double beds that can be prepared upon request. Available from October 2024 at the earliest.
