With its secluded location in the Estetal Nature Reserve, its 2.5 hectares of forest, and the surrounding woods and meadows, Heideparadies is the perfect place for a stroll. At times, you’ll feel as if you’ve been transported to another world—that’s how pristine the natural surroundings are here.

Here, you can immerse yourself in a well-deserved break, relax completely, find inspiration for your (artistic) projects, and gain fresh perspectives with your colleagues, friends, or family in these beautiful surroundings.

The house has a loft-style design, with 140 square meters spread across two floors:

On the first floor, the open-concept kitchen and living area invite you to cook and dine together, and the sofa area by the fireplace promises pure relaxation.

From here, you can also gaze out the large panoramic window and enjoy nature in all kinds of weather—maybe you’ll even spot a deer or two :-))

On the upper floor, you’ll find the various sleeping areas in one large room, along with the bathroom. Room dividers are available to ensure privacy. The highlight is the freestanding bathtub, where you can relax in comfort and marvel at the starry sky. To allow for a bit more privacy while sleeping, there are two sleeping lofts, each accommodating up to 2 people.

Thanks to the many windows and large window walls, the house is very bright, and the numerous wooden beams give it a special charm.

On the two terraces, you can enjoy the morning and evening sun, and in the 2.5-hectare “garden,” you’ll always find a spot in the sun somewhere during the day.

You’ll have exclusive access to the house, the two porches (one with morning sun and one with evening sun ;-)), and the entire outdoor area.
