In the living area, which exudes coziness thanks to its light oak parquet flooring, you can unwind on comfortable sofa sections and watch your favorite movies on Netflix and other streaming services via the Smart TV, or enjoy convivial moments at the stylish dining table. The open kitchen is also adjacent to this area, so cooking can become a shared experience. Thanks to the high-quality amenities, cooking for yourself becomes a pleasure.
The large bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower is located in the basement. The bathroom’s exclusive design exudes a sense of well-being, helping you unwind.
The highlight of the basement is the private sauna, which features plenty of glass and a lighting concept designed to create a pleasant mood and a soothing atmosphere—especially on colder days. A sauna session is especially soothing after a walk on the beach in any weather. You’ll also have access to a Netflix account, allowing you to enjoy movies that match your vacation mood.
The large bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space for your wardrobe. The smaller bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making our home ideal for vacations with children. All rooms in the basement receive plenty of light through the large light wells, which are decorated with impressive maritime scenes. This way, you’ll feel like you’re by the sea as soon as you wake up.
