In the cozy living area, a gas fireplace ensures comfortable evenings. From here, you can step out onto your southwestern-facing terrace, which is sheltered from view and the wind and offers endless hours of sunshine. High-quality patio furniture and your own beach chair invite you to relax—please note that the beach chair is available seasonally from approximately April through October. Next to the evergreen hedge, you’ll find a rustic pear tree that truly comes into its own in the summer.

A privacy screen made of original groynes—freshly salvaged from the sea—separates the property from the neighboring lot, creating an authentic coastal atmosphere and reinforcing the feeling of truly coming home.
A special highlight is the exposed concrete wall design, which, combined with reclaimed wood beams and white built-in elements, stylishly showcases the maritime details.
Upstairs, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a natural stone look and a spacious shower. Underfloor heating and a towel warmer let you relax comfortably even after a stormy walk around the island.
