The 38-square-meter apartment (first floor, right) is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance.

The apartment features a high-quality bathroom with a shower, a modern kitchenette with two induction cooktops. Pots, pans, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and dishes, cups, and glasses for 4 people. The living room has an extendable dining table that seats up to 5 people.

There is a TV (satellite) with a Fire TV Stick. Here, you can stream anytime using your own Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming accounts. The internet speed is approximately 50 Mbit/s.

There are also various books, a DVD player, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle available. An iron and ironing board are provided.

The patio has seating for 4 people.

IMPORTANT: Charging electric vehicles is prohibited! Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment!

There is private 24/7 access with a key (key box with a code). Parking is available on the street in front of the house or in designated parking areas nearby.

Eine An initial supply of towels and bed linens is always included with your stay! If you’d like to have your towels or bed linens changed during your stay, this is available for a fee:

Bed linens per person for an additional fee (15 euros per change)

A laundry service is available at the fitness center (Fit im Park), approximately 250 meters away. Here you can wash and dry your laundry.

There are numerous restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, a post office, a tourist information center, a swimming pool, doctors, physical therapy clinics, a veterinarian, a newsstand, arcades, and gas stations in the area.
