Those seeking nature, relaxation, comfort, and privacy are in the right place at Chalet GM Gold. Upon entering the premium chalet, it becomes evident that no compromises were made during construction and furnishing. The entire 470 m² of living space is a luxurious composition of natural materials. Warm wood takes the lead in the living areas. Slate and concrete allow their natural flair to flow through the hallways and bathrooms.
Note: Your stay at Chalet GM is always exclusive whether you book just the penthouse or the entire house.
When booking the penthouse, the generous 470 m² are entirely at your disposal, undisturbed, while the separate guest apartment remains closed.
If you desire more space for family or friends, you can simply book the guest apartment for up to 4 additional guests book the Chalet GM as a whole house and enjoy all rooms exclusively for yourselves.
EQUIPMENT:
The penthouse of Chalet GM is spread across 2 floors. You will be received in the spacious entrance area, and even here it is noticeable that great value was placed on local wood and stone during its creation. Already upon entering, the entrance area impresses with its generosity and ensures a relaxed arrival. A wide, open staircase leads to the first floor or the lift, which serves all floors.
On the first floor, you'll find the heart of the house the spacious living area with an open kitchen. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: including a Teppanyaki grill surface, steam oven, beer tap, and schnapps fountain, and much more let yourself be surprised!
On the sofa landscape by the centrally placed and freestanding fireplace, you enjoy a glass of wine, perfectly chilled from the wine refrigerator.
The outdoor infinity pool provides a welcome cooling in the summer. Additionally, a hot tub is available. Pool usage is only possible in the summer (May to October) due to heating.
For year-round barbecue evenings, a gas grill is available under the covered outdoor kitchen. The seating area next to it is doubly heated, providing cosy warmth from above through heating lamps and from below through seat heating.
Two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with an infrared shower by Physiotherm and a dressing room are located on this floor.
On the open gallery, there is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom. For additional, soothing warmth, there are two Physiotherm infrared seats here.
The consistently indirect lighting sets the scene for all elements and furniture in a moody way. The larch wood on walls, ceilings, and floors spreads a pleasant and cosy fragrance. The excellent room climate is perceptible with every breath.
LOCATION:
The location of the house is ideal a mountain slope near the town centre, right in the middle of the idyllic mountain village of Brand. You can best experience this mountain world through an outdoor activity, such as skiing, hiking and mountaineering or you can enjoy the unique view of the Mottakopf, the local mountain in Brand, from the terrace.
