Our bright, family-friendly mid-row house (built in 1998) is located on Sanddornweg, right next to the beach. You won’t have to do without the comforts you’re used to at home, as the house is very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, satellite TV, CD and DVD players, and a crib). On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, living/dining room, and a guest restroom. The dining table seats 6 people; a high chair is also available. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 and 140 x 200), as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A crib is also available. In the attic, there is a third separate bedroom (2 beds), which can be accessed via a bedroom on the first floor.Please note that accommodating 6 adults seems impractical to us in terms of sleeping arrangements, so we would prefer to limit bookings to a maximum of 4 adults. Feel free to inquire. Thank you very much. The terrace offers plenty of space to relax, and you can use the garden shed, for example, to store the bicycles you bring with you.

Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (euros). Payments in other currencies must be agreed upon individually with the landlord in advance. Additional information regarding rental rates

* The prices listed above include electricity, water, and heat and are based on an occupancy of 4 people; each additional person costs 10.00 € per day. For groups of fewer than 5 people outside the peak season, we offer a discount upon request. A one-time fee of 80.00? is charged for final cleaning. The visitor’s tax is billed directly through us. You can also rent a linen package (20.00 ? per person) from our property management office.
