The apartment is located right next to the harbor dike.
The dike is less than a 50-meter walk away. From the dike, it’s only about a 600-meter walk to the town center.

The 100-square-meter “Apartment am Deich 06” is located on the top floor and features a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment has a large open-concept living-dining area with a modern kitchen. It includes everything you need for cooking or a cozy breakfast. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 180x200 box-spring bed; the second bedroom has two single 90x200 box-spring beds—which can be pushed together if needed—and a flat-screen satellite TV. In addition to the walk-in, floor-level shower, the bathroom has everything you need to freshen up in the morning at your leisure.

The third bedroom is located in the attic and features a 180x200 box-spring bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. Adjacent to it is the second bathroom with a toilet and shower. Please note that the rooms in the attic are not heated.

Overall, the apartment is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a cozy atmosphere. Of course, a parking space and a large storage room for bicycles are also available to you. Here you can charge your e-bikes or store your bike rack.

All windows are equipped with fly screens and can be blacked out.
