Welcome to this beautiful and bright 3-room apartment, “Emil,” in Timmendorfer Strand.

The apartment is located on the first floor, measures 60 square meters, and is equipped to accommodate up to 3 people.

The light-filled living room is furnished with a sofa set, TV, and a cozy dining area.
The open kitchenette features a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more.

From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and adjoins the large, enclosed 150 m² garden. This offers plenty of space to enjoy the sun during the day or to wind down in the evening with a glass of wine.

The hallway leads to the two bedrooms; one is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a large closet.
The smaller bedroom has a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.

The bright bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a hair dryer, and a vanity with ample storage space.

A parking space next to the house is reserved for you.

This comfortable residential complex is located just a few steps from the town center, with its exclusive pedestrian zone and the beach.
Outdoor parking spaces are available at the building.

The beach is just 300 meters from the residential complex. You can’t get any closer to the sea than this! The bakery for a hearty vacation breakfast is right around the corner. Other shopping options and the town center are a 7- to 9-minute walk away. Here you’ll find shops to browse, cafés to relax in, and renowned restaurants for dining.

You can take a wonderful walk along the Brodten cliffs. Here you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the beautiful Bay of Lübeck. Geologists also offer interesting guided tours and explain the various sediments, some of which are billions of years old.
