Pure nature! Our vacation rental is located in the beautiful Franconian Forest, in a very quiet residential area on a south-facing slope. About 600 meters away, there is a playground and a small soccer field. A path leads through the forest—there’s no need to cross any roads. The surrounding area is wonderful for hiking and biking. There are many marked trails. Not far away is the wild and romantic “Höllental” valley with the Teufelssteg and Jungfernsteg footbridges. Just a few kilometers further, in Thuringia, the famous “Rennsteig” hiking trail begins. Bad Steben, with its spa park, thermal baths, sauna, casino, cafés, and restaurants, is about 4 km away. In Lichtenberg, a medieval festival takes place every fall. The “Haus Marteau” is also located here, where classical concerts featuring international artists are held. Naila offers plenty of shopping opportunities; the weekly market is held every Thursday, and the outdoor pool is open in the summer. The A 9 highway is about 8 km away, and the A 72 is about 10 km away. This is also where Saxony, Thuringia, Bavaria, and the Czech Republic meet. “Esther” vacation apartment, 48 m² for up to 3 people and one toddler in a crib. The apartment is located in the basement, has a separate entrance, and is accessible via a staircase on the side of the house. Free parking is available, and there is space to store bicycles in the garage. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a crib upon request, and an extra bed if occupied by 3 people. Bedding is provided. The living room features a dining area, a couch with a table, an armchair, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The terrace is accessible from the living room and is equipped with patio furniture and a large umbrella. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine (for a fee). Towels are provided. The entryway offers plenty of space for coats and shoes. Pets are welcome. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person or via a key box. Pets are allowed for 8.00 EUR per pet per day. A baby crib can be provided upon request for a fee. Applicable fees: Washing machine. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.
