At cycling distance from the lovely sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee, on bungalow Park Campanula, you will find this brand new, beautiful chalet no. 105 with raised terrace and garden with lawn. The chalet is very spacious and modern and has 2 bedrooms.

What a picture! 🤩Sometimes one's mouth falls open in amazement. We had this when we first entered this chalet. Such space, brightness and luxury. This no longer feels like a chalet but, like a real house! The owner designed it himself together with the makers of Duntep, making it a unique chalet. There is only one of these. Through GREAT Holiday homes, the owner now offers you the opportunity to stay in this beautiful accommodation and hopes you will enjoy it as much as they do.  

The layoutLiving room and kitchen
The living room is modern, spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture. There is a PVC floor. From the comfortable seating area you have a view of the lovely garden and through a large ceiling-to-floor window you look out on the greenery. It looks like a living painting! There is a Smart TV with Dutch and German TV channels.  There is also a cosy seating area near a special ‘Infinity’ gas fireplace that can be operated by remote control, heating both inside and outside. You can look out through the fireplace into the garden and vice versa! The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster.

Bathroom and toilet
The bathroom also offers plenty of space. It is modernly equipped, with a large shower cubicle and sink combination with cabinet, drawers and mirror. There is also a built-in cupboard/storage in the bathroom where there is a washing machine that is also a dryer (combi machine). The toilet room is separate.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed with 2 separate 80 x 200 cm Tempur mattresses and single duvets. There is a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors for your clothes. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (80 x 200 cm) and a separate single bed (80 x 200 xm). The bedrooms have blackout blinds. There are also mosquito nets for the windows.

Terrace and garden
From the chalet you step directly onto the terrace. The lovely garden with lots of privacy has a raised tiled terrace with garden furniture and a lawn where you can relax. The shed is private.   

Park Campanula/Swimming pool
The park has an indoor swimming pool, access is free for chalet tenants. For the other facilities of Campanula, guests can use for a fee. (sauna, mini golf, laundrette)

You cannot park directly at the chalet (but possibility to load and unload). Parking is possible at the central parking spaces of the park.
