We warmly welcome you to our vacation resort, Ferienpark Kiefernweg, in Zinnowitz on Usedom! You’ll find rest and relaxation in our lovingly furnished accommodations.
Kiefernweg 5 is about 600 meters from the beach—an 8-minute walk. You can reach the beach via the campground across the street, where you can get fresh rolls and daily necessities in the morning.
Many shopping options, the Zinnowitz train station, the Bernsteintherme spa, and other recreational activities are all within easy walking distance.
The vacation park features a small playground and a ping-pong table.
A communal laundry and drying room with a washing machine (laundry tokens available—3.00 per load) is also available for use.

Our cozy vacation bungalow in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz on Usedom is surrounded by greenery and just a few minutes’ walk from the wide sandy beach. It accommodates up to 5 people (max. 4 adults + 1 child up to 12 years old). After a day at the beach, relax in your own beach chair on the terrace – ideal for families, couples, and friends looking for a hassle-free, relaxing vacation on Usedom. The cottage was completely renovated in 2026.
